As most of our developments are in rural locations and historic towns we recognise our responsibility to protect the beauty of the surrounding area. Environmental implications are at the forefront of our considerations when undertaking any development.

Our homes are purposely designed to fit into the local environment, blending seamlessly with the original surroundings. Mature trees and established hedgerows are maintained wherever possible, as well as new planting of our own.

The majority of our developments take place on brownfield sites meaning that the location had a former use. Often derelict buildings are replaced with desirable new homes which transform the look of the area.
