Testimonials
"Needless to say we are delighted with the house.
We have a high regard of Justin Developments and think they have an unbelievably
brilliant workforce. All the various residents I have spoken to cannot say enough
about the friendliness / willingness to help and general high standard of wanting
to do all they can to produce a really lovely little development.
Mr Jessop must be very proud indeed of his workforce ? Kevin [site foreman] (who is
just incredible and deserves the highest of praise) must be the best advertisement to
buy a Justin home.
Graham [maintenance] again is just great! I would like these comments to be passed on to the Mr Jessopp as sometimes although people make these statements to one another they never seem to let the relevant people know."
"As a professional engineer and heading a family that has travelled and lived in a number of
countries worldwide, it is fair to say that we have our own specific requirements when it
comes to choosing a new house.
These include wants such as a large kitchen/dining area, preferably leading on to a secluded
garden. A house that "looks" old and traditional, preferably thatched, from the outside, but
internally is modern with plenty of light. with good sized rooms, en-suite bathrooms with
good showers and so on.
This requirement or specification appeared on paper as a very "tall order"
The Dene included all of the features we were looking for. Coming from another area we had
not heard of Justin Developments but from the time we first met Ray Jessopp and Kevin his
excellent foreman, we knew we were dealing with artists and professionals. Kevin listened to
our many requirements and like magic the changes were made.
Thanks to the new Swedish designed laminated floor joists/trusses there was virtually no movement
of ceiling or wall cladding and no small cracks which are normal with new house construction.
Justin Developments have, as they said they would, returned to fix any bits and pieces that needed servicing.
The real question is, would we recommend a Justin Developments built house to someone else,
especially a friend? The answer is definitely - YES. In fact, I would personally say that it
should be mandatory."
